At ASX Iluminación, we would like to inform you that, due to the update of certain administrative procedures, we have decided to temporarily suspend, with no scheduled reactivation date, the issuance of new manufacturing certificates.
In this regard, it is important to clarify that:
· Products purchased since September 2025 are identified in their product description as Off-Road. This category indicates that these products are intended for off-road use and therefore do not include a manufacturing certificate.
· For any management or inquiries related to certificates, please note that the return period available only applies to purchases made between June 2025 and September 2025. Outside this period, returns for this reason cannot be processed. Our customer service team remains at your disposal to assist you appropriately.
