Shipping policy
1. Prices and Shipping Costs · International Shipments, Customs.
1.1. Product prices are always shown in euros and include VAT and any other applicable taxes for all territories within the European Union. For purchases made outside the European Union, the VAT of the destination country will be applied.
If ASX ILUMINACIÓN identifies a manifest error in the price of the Products, they will inform the Customer, who will have the option to reconfirm their order at the correct price or, alternatively, cancel it.
1.2. The product price does not include shipping and transportation costs. These costs are borne by the Customer and will be added to the total amount of the selected Products. The cost of the contracted delivery service will be determined by the conditions and mode of the selected service, provided there is more than one contracting option. The Customer will be duly informed of these costs, which will be itemized prior to payment before confirming the order and completing the contracting process.
1.3. Prices shown on the Online Channel apply exclusively to the Products offered through that Channel and for the duration they remain published. ASX Iluminación and the Points of Sale expressly reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, in any case, the rates in effect indicated on the Online Channel at the time of placing the corresponding order will apply.
2. Delivery and Transportation Service.
2.1. Delivery and transportation services are provided by a company external to ASX Iluminación. The Customer, whenever possible due to the geographical delivery area or the chosen delivery timeframe, may select the Transport Operator of their choice. In Spanish territory, the transport company will be TIPSA. The amount for delivery and transportation services will be fixed during the purchase process, itemizing the service cost and adding it, along with VAT, to the final price to be paid at the payment gateway, as indicated in sections 1.2 and 1.3.
2.2. The delivery timeframe will be established according to the particular conditions of the selected purchase. Responsibility for failure to meet the delivery timeframe lies exclusively with the Transport Operator in charge of the service. In any case, considering possible service contingencies, an additional period must be allowed of:
- 24-72 hours for deliveries within Spanish territory (standard)
- 2-5 days for international shipments
2.3. The Customer is obliged, upon receipt of the goods, to inspect for any damage to the packaging (dents, scratches, breaks, etc.) visible on the package, and must reject it in such case, noting the observed defects on the delivery note. If, once the package is received, breaks or missing goods inside are observed that were not apparent at the time of delivery by the carrier, the Customer must contact ASX Iluminación within no more than 48 hours to file the relevant claim with the Transport Operator. In any case, after the legal period established in Art. 60 of Law 15/2009, November 11, of the Land Transport Contract Law, it will be presumed that the products were delivered correctly. The delivery note will be sent along with the Product or Products.
