Delivery

Return

If you are not satisfied with any product purchased at ASX, you can return it to us, refunding the amount of the product (except shipping costs), as well as in cases where the product presents some type of defect or deficiency in which it will be replaced with one again or the money back if that is not possible. The period for making the return will be 14 business days from the date of shipment.
Once the product is received in our warehouses, www.asxstore.com will proceed to verify its condition before proceeding with the exchange or refund of the money. Money refunds will be made in the same payment method.

Returns must be sent to the return address of the package corresponding to the order received.

WARRANTY CLAIMS Applicable law

RETURNS
You have 15 calendar days from when you received a product to return it without giving explanations. But be careful, you have to keep in mind that there are some conditions. We explain them to you here:


Return/withdrawal conditions for private customers

To make a return you must contact us, sending us an email to info@asxstore.com indicating that you want to request the return of a product and its Order Number. We will send you a document with instructions that you must fill out, sign and enclose with the returned product.
All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition and protected so that it is not received with seals or adhesive transport tapes. Otherwise it may suffer depreciation.
The return costs will be borne by the customer, both for the return trip. One-way costs will be applied as follows: €10 for the peninsula, €20 for the Balearic Islands and €30 for the Canary Islands. Amount that will be deducted from the total to be returned.
Returns must be delivered to us at the same address where the purchase was sent or at the address that we indicate in the confirmation email.
Once we receive your order, we will check its perfect condition and if everything is correct, the refund will be made within a maximum period of 7 calendar days.
The refund period will be made within the first 7 working days after receiving the returned merchandise.
VERY IMPORTANT! The product must be in its original packaging without damage or tampering. 

Withdrawal exclusions

Any type of product whose operation involves any type of direct contact with any part of the body, such as headphones or activity bracelets (MiBand), whose packaging is unsealed or has signs of use, will be excluded from the return. no matter how minimal these may be.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE WARRANTY

In any case, during the time that the consumer is deprived of the product, the calculation of the warranty period is suspended; For example, if the repair of an object takes 15 days, the warranty period will end 15 days later than originally planned.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

The consumer may claim when the product does not comply with the contract:
The purchased item does not conform to the description made by the seller.
The acquired good is not suitable for the uses to which consumer goods of the same type are ordinarily intended.
It is not suitable for the special use that would have been requested by the consumer and that the seller has accepted.
It does not present the expected quality and performance, especially taking into account the public statements (advertising, brochures, labeling...) about its specific characteristics made by the seller or the manufacturer.
The consumer and user has the right to:
Repair or replace. The consumer and user may opt for repair or replacement, unless one of the two options is impossible or disproportionate. The one with a higher cost will be considered disproportionate. Non-fungible goods (when they are of a specific nature) or second-hand goods cannot be replaced. Both repair and replacement must be carried out within a reasonable period of time and completely free of charge for the consumer.
Price reduction or termination of the contract. The resolution will not proceed when the lack of conformity is of minor importance.


CANCELLATION OF WARRANTY

The warranty will be voided for the following reasons:

The warranty will not cover:

Failures or errors resulting from software update or modification processes that were unsuccessful, erroneous or carried out without the supervision and prior and express indication of ledcar.es
Failures of services or applications provided by third parties not provided by asxstore.com.
Defects and damages resulting from use contrary to the instructions for use and maintenance.
Cases of force majeure caused by an uncontrolled incident.
Damage caused by poor configuration by the client, third parties or by the work and checks carried out by our technicians or authorized personnel.
Breakdowns caused by normal wear and tear of the item.

In short, any damaged product or product with obvious signs of improper handling will not be accepted.

These warranty conditions do not affect the consumer's statutory rights protected by applicable legislation.

At ASXSTORE.COM we do not make repairs, for any problem we change the part for a new one, as long as it meets the warranty terms.

WARRANTY PROCESSING

The consumer and user may process the guarantee by contacting asxstore.com through the contact form, email: info@asxstore.com indicating their order number and the description of the problem that the product presents.
The Technical Service will send you a document by email that you must fill out and sign.
asxstore.com will request the collection of the terminal and said document through the courier service.
Once we receive the package, we will check the problem that your terminal presents in the shortest possible time.
Once checked, we will send you a new part via courier.

CHANGE TIME:

The law indicates that the repair must be made within a reasonable period of time. At asxstore.com we guarantee that no replacement will be longer than 60 calendar days. In the event that the new shipment exceeds that time, asxstore.com undertakes to provide the solution as soon as possible.


CONFIGURATION PROBLEM OR NO PROBLEM:

In the event that the product sent is in perfect condition (no problem) or if the problem is due to configuration or due to products other than those sold by asxstore.com, the product will be returned to the customer with postage due (€20) , being able to invoice the labor used in the verification or testing of the supposedly damaged item.
